My Ramen Nagi Experience at Robinsons Galleria
I’ll share what I ordered, the flavors that stood out, and why Ramen Nagi deserves its spot as a top ramen destination.
I ordered their Original King (Butao) ramen, which is their signature bowl. The broth was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, the kind that makes you slow down with every sip because you want to savor it fully. It had that deep pork tonkotsu taste that was comforting yet bold, making it hard to stop eating once you start. The noodles were perfectly chewy, neither too soft nor too firm, which made them ideal for soaking up the broth.
What really stood out for me was the extra chili oil that added just the right amount of spice. It gave each spoonful a little kick, waking up my taste buds without overpowering the broth. The chashu pork was tender and almost melted in my mouth, while the fresh cabbage and black fungus gave a crunchy contrast that kept the textures interesting. I loved how each topping had a role to play in making the ramen feel balanced.
